Google Chrome for Android Receives Long Awaited...

Ever since the Chrome Beta for Android was released, those of us lucky enough to have compatible devices have thoroughly enjoyed using the browser. However, one major feature was missing: an option to request the desktop version of the site. This gripe has finally been addressed with version 0.18.4409.2396, along with a few other updates. This is especially big news for Prime owners!

Since the Galaxy Nexus dropped in late 2011 there has been a huge amount of development for this device not seen since the days of the OG Droid. With a new rom coming out on what seems like a weekly basis, some of the features are bound to overlap. Couple this with Android being as open as it is and there are bound to be some hurdles in the development scene.

Opinion: Google's Project Glass has Tremend...

So, Project Glass, eh? I like it. I like it when the giants of the tech industry give us a peek at some of the more ambitious projects they're working on, and I especially like when these projects have a real chance to change the way we interact with technology.


Lately we have seen some very cool projects from the likes of Microsoft, but I don't see things like the holodeck really taking off like I think Project Glass will. So, I'm sure a lot of you are thinking, "Yeah, real life Google Goggles would be SWEET for pictures, social networking & keeping in touch," but I see so much more potential than what has been shown in the concept video.
